First Visit

Our primary goal is to give YOU the beautiful smile you always wanted. To this end, we will always offer our patients the latest techniques and products available to give you the results and experience you deserve.

We know that coming in for a consultation is a big first step, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you!

What happens at the first visit?

When you walk through our door you will be greeted by our friendly and courteous staff- and asked to fill out some standard history forms. You can do this ahead of time by downloading them here to save you some time.

From there, we will take some low dose radiation DIGITAL X-RAYS and some photographs of your teeth for the doctor to look at and discuss with you.

The doctor will sit down and discuss his findings and proposed treatment, if any is recommended.

If any treatment is proposed, we will discuss any fees, insurance coverage, and payment plans needed at that time as well.

It is highly recommended that patients submit their insurance information ahead of your first so that we can give an accurate quote for any services proposed.

Please allow for 45 minutes to an hour for your first visit.
